I am busty (34DD) and have not found a good sports bra that keeps my boobs from becoming ONE uni-boob that bounces around during workouts. HELP.

I’d like to include my favorite shop: http://www.lindasonline.com. She’s been on TV many times and is a famous bra fitter, with a store in NYC. She has a full line of sports bras, and hard to find sizes as well. They send a nice littel free gift with orders. Great service.

Wear your regular bra and put a snug sport bra on over it. I’m a G-cup and this works for me.

my problem too, and even finding a good regular bra is tough, some are just so stiff that I feel my boobs are are bigger than they really are, others too weak for support and then when I want something for a t shirt i worry about the “cold nipple showing” factor. sports bras are tough too, with spilling over on the sides.

http://myintimacy.com/ <--See if this store is in your area. I've been going for years and they can fit you perfectly into a bra of your choice.

I am a DD too, so I know your frustration. This is going to sound like a shameless plug because I work for the company but Bring It Up sells a breast lift product called The Original Breast Lift that will lift and separate the breasts so that your sports bra won’t smoosh them down and to the sides. The breast lifts are actually tape that lift the breast from the top. They are disposable, waterproof, and they stay stuck until you take them off. Even though Bring It Up sells a D and larger size, I recommend you try the A-D size because you are only a 34. Anyway, they are the only thing I have found that will get the girls out of the uniboob routine. The great thing is that you won’t bounce around attracting unwanted attention either. I like them and I honestly can’t recommend any sports bra alone that will give me the look and stability I require. Copy this link to see if they are something that would work for you. https://www.bringitup.com/comersus/store/BreastLift.mpg
