The http://www.weather.com site will show you what to expect for weather but you also asked about dress. Spanish Forks like most towns in Utah was settled by the LDS Church (Mormons). It is still predominantly Mormon. So modest and conservative dress will be in order.
Too bad you will not be there for their big Iceland Days celebration June 17.
