What is good for getting rid of fat “cellulite” thighs? Unless I am skinny as a rail, I always have these and I hate them!

First you must know that there is mainly one reason why cellulite happens no matter how active you are: sluggish lymphatic systems. O blood types tend to have very sluggish lymphatic systems and therefore have the most problems it seems. The lymphatic system is basically the filter of your body. Cellulite technically is just clumps of fat in the connective tissue of your body. That is why creams really don’t work to get rid of cellulite (no matter how wonderful that would be if they really did work). The most a cream could do is feed the skin to help produce more collagen to thicken the skin.

I created the CRT Brushing pattern when I was in cancer research to help pump the toxins out of the lymph while woman were going through chemo. One of the side effects of brushing was breaking up of those clumps of fat (visibly reducing at first and eventually eliminating the cellulite). The CRT Skin Tightening System teaches you how to skin brush with a particular body brush in a sequential pattern of movements to stimulate the lymphatic system and help you to break up the clumps of fat (cellulite) underneath the skin.

The CRT Skin Tightening System works from within. The body eliminates the cellulite and tightens the skin. The CRT brushing sequence is quite simple. It combines supplementation with manual stimulation and takes less than 10 minutes a day. Premium Blended Alfalfa helps to rebuild the collagen layer in your skin and helps maintain elasticity. Alfalfa is also clinically proven to reverse aging of the skin and works wonders with getting rid of excess water retention. Fibertox is a special blend of fiber and herbs that aids the body in elimination of toxins, therefore allowing for faster removal of cellulite.

You can find the CRT Skin Tightening System here (https://store.t-tapp.com/products/CRT-Skin-Tightening-System-DVD.html) if you are interested in trying it.

Ha! Now that’s a great question that we all wish we knew the answer to. Basically, cellulite is fat. It looks bumpy because the connective tissue running through it is taught, pulling on it, causing that appearance.
Some women are more prone to it than others, even very fit very slim women.
To reduce the appearance of cellulite, many practitioners suggest using rolling techniques. The idea is to stretch that connective tissue ergo reducing the appearance of the bumps. Remember that eating healthful and fresh food is essential as well as drinking plenty of water to flush toxins. Best of luck – see you on the foam roll!
