I really like the “All-Day Yoga Workout” DVD. It has three short sessions: morning, stress relief and evening with Rodney Yee, Suzanne Deason and Patricia Walden, respectively. Each one’s about 20 minutes… easy to work in to a busy schedule and they can be used by beginners to more advanced practitioners.
