Brenda, I’m VERY gray and, on the advice of my stylist, I’m using John Frieda’s Clear Shine Luminous Glaze. It’s very easy to use in the shower and it gives the hair some body and shine. It is clear (obviously) and won’t interfere with any of the hair that is not gray. I am 100% silver and I love it. I like short, very short, hair and enjoy it being so easy to care for.
