Kathleen Gansert asks:
I am 64. In the last year, wrinkles and furrows as well as a turkey neck have definitely caught up with me. Is there a point when it is too late for surgery to do any good?

Dear Kathleen,
It would likely benefit from either a full facelift including a neck lift or an isolated neck lift procedure to address your concerns. Age only is not a reason not to have surgery.

Yes, after death, surgery is useless.
