Skin surface texture is important to all of us. I would need to see you to decide the best treatment.
For minor problems, my aesthetician can help you with a skin care program to improve not only the
appearance, but the health of your skin. The more aggressive treatments begin with microdermabrasion
and mild chemical peels. These procedures are good for the more superficial problems. For severe
problems, deep chemical peels, very strong lasers and dermabrasions are the treatments of choice.
The larger the problem, the stronger the treatment, the longer the recovery and the more the pain.
Hopefully, yours is simple and require minimal amount of treatment. I advise you to see a board certified
plastic surgeon for an evaluation of the best treatment for you. I always recommend a second opinion.

Skin is a very complex organ. A face-to-face examination is necessary because skin texture and quality is often not shown clearly in photographs. However peels of various kinds, glycolic, TCA and croton/phenol, may help. So may dermabrasion and various lasers.
A first step is sun avoidance, sun blocks and usually a topical therapeutic skin treatment program, if skin sensitivity allows.
    Best Wishes!

Without an examination it is impossible to suggest any specific treatment for your rosacea. First, rosacea is a varied problem with different treatments. What you describe could be the result of one or more of these problems, each with a different therapy. These can include simple skin care through laser resurfacing. I suggest you see a plastic surgeon who specializes in skin rejuvenation.

It looks like you want doctors in Georgia but since I know this one I thought I would answer. The two best lasers in my opinion to accomplish what you want are Laser Genesis and Excel V. Laser Genesis is a very mild treatment which feels like laying in a tanning booth. It does not burn the skin and feels warm and comfortable. If you do 4-5 treatments spaced apart by 2 weeks each, you will have smaller pores and better texture and it will keep the rosacea calm. The second laser Excel V is stronger and more aggressive and will completely eliminate any signs of rosacea if you have any left. It will also remove brown spots as well. If you want extremely smooth skin then you can consider laser resurfacing using any one of a number of fractional lasers like Smartskin but it can make your rosacea worse. Please consult a Plastic Surgeon in your own area.
