Hello and what a great question. As we age, we can see puffiness, sagging or a darkening of the under eye area. There are several options that can minimize these effects; injectable fillers, non-invasive procedures for tightening, or even surgical options to correct the area of concern. I suggest that you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to evaluate your eyes and recommend a procedure that would work best for your goals. I wish you well.
If there is puffiness of the lower eyelid a lower eyelid Blepharoplasty can give you a permanent result.
Actual puffiness of the cheek would be difficult to correct. Usually with aging there is loss of cheek fat which can be corrected with fillers or fat.

Good question. It depends upon what is done. Fillers may last for months, surgical changes may last for years.
