What’s the best, least invasive way to deal with naso-labial creases?

Hi. I’ve gotten these deep lines between my nose & around my mouth. I think people call them ‘laugh lines.’ What is the least invasive way to address them? Also, what is the least expensive?

At 54 I think I look pretty good for the most part, I am an ex smoker though and my biggest if only concern are the lines above my upper lip. I have not seen or heard of anyone having a procedure to eliminate those lines, is that a hard procedure?

Do you recommend a filler or botox or both for those verticle lines above my top lip?
