I had several treatments with a machine (can’t remember the name of it) to lighten up the darker skin on my neck & they didn’t work. What do you recommend?

I am 64. In the last year, wrinkles and furrows as well as a turkey neck have definitely caught up with me. Is there a point when it is too late for surgery to do any good?

Do you need to lose weight [or is it best] before having a neck lift or other facial surgery?

I have a line all around my neck. Since I lost weight, it’s a little less pronounced but still there. I don’t want to look as if I’m recovering from a garroting. Can something be done about this line?
