Well, I just turned 59 and things seem to be slipping south faster than before. Is this normal or am I possibly doing or not doing something to speed the process? Also, the corners of my mouth are turning “down” (do I really frown that much?) …is there anything non surgical that can be down?
One more, sorry…I am getting fine wrinkles but worse the sagging…just the beginnings of slight jowls, mouth, etc. Is there anything SHORT of surgery and botox that I can do?
Do facial exercises REALLY help? I’ve read that “tongue” exercises etc can help…is this true?
