I look much younger than my 65 years (thanks, mom for great genes!) but my hands are starting to show their age. Isa there anything that can be done, how long would the treatment last, and how much might it cost?
Erica,
There are many options to rejuvenate your hands. Using fillers to restore fullness are the most commonly chosen approach. Your own fat or the commonly used fillers like Radiesse, Perlane or Juvederm can be used in an office setting without any anesthesia needed. Surgical options are rarely indicated for hand rejuvenation.
Things can be done, depends on what your hands look like, with age spots, dermatologists sometimes laser them. With thin wrinkly skin we can put fat grafts there to bulk up the backs of your hands and make them look younger.

Dear Erica, they are noninvasive and minimally invasive options available which include lasers as well as fillers like Perlane, Radiesse or Sculptra.
