I would caution that you get what you pay for. You should be more concerned about the qualifications of your physician and that you can related to them and express your concerns and goals come up with a plan that is yours. It is your health and safety. It is good to hear that you feel good on the inside, that can be a hard thing to accomplish and too often individuals feel that surgery will help them in that regard and change there life. That being said, self esteem and body image are important and I hope you can find a happy and safe medium.
