Cheek implants are placed through the mouth or eyelids, avoiding any visible scars. Healing varies from surgeon to surgeon but at 3 weeks, your implants are unlikely to move. My personal preference is to use fat grafting over implants… its natural, part of you, and adjustable if you don’t like it.
