Unfortunately, non-surgical methods of reshaping the nose (injecting fillers such as Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane or grafts of fat, etc.) can only make the nose larger, not smaller. In a minority of patients, a hump can be camouflaged by filling in the nose above and below it. However, for most patients, this will not give a satisfactory result.
You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who is familiar with both surgical and non-surgical corrections, to see which is best for you.
