    Jennifer-
You would need to consider a tummy tuck to help improve the contour of your abdomen. It would likely remove most, or even all of your c-section scar as well as strengthen your abdominal muscles. Good luck!

    Dear Jennifer,

I am sorry to hear about your tummy. This is a story I have heard many times before. You will need a full tummy tuck to remove the scars, and tighten the skin and underlying muscles. We do many tummy tucks and was actually cited by “D Magazine” as tummy tuck expert. Recovery is similar to recovering from a C-Section or hysterectomy. Please call us at 972-620-1700 when you are ready to proceed.

    Hi Jennifer,
A LipoAbdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) would address your area of concern and give you a beautiful contour to your abdomen, hips and waistline.
It is very important that you do your research to ensure the surgeon you choose is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who will provide you with the absolute best results with the least amount of complications. You can log on to http://www.plasticsurgery.org and http://www.surgery.org.

Cost will vary depending on the length of your procedure and if other areas are addressed to enhance your results. Most patients, like yourself, choose to have their Posterior Flanks or “Love Handles” liposuctioned in conjunction with their Tummy Tuck. LipoAbdominoplasty procedures takes approximately 3-5 hours.

I have some great 3D Animated videos on my website that will give you a better understanding of the procedure.

You may contact one of my Patient Care Coordinators, Jessica or Mary, to get more information regarding your procedure.

A tummy tuck would treat your problem and return the youthful appearance to you abdomen. Choose your surgeon carefully. They should be board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The price will vary per region, but should be in the $6K to $8k range. Good luck to you.
