————————————————————————————---------------------------------------—————Okay, beauty gumshoes, we’ve got your prime(r) suspect: Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer (retail value: $39).

Aussie beauty brand, Napoleon Perdis has a cult following Down Under, and more recently, has caught on in the States. Their Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer is made with Chamomile, Vitamin E and Yarrow extract--ingredients known to hydrate and smooth skin.

It gives your makeup “a smoother landing,” your face a “flawless finish” and “helps makeup last even longer,” according to its manufacturer. But, are the claims true? Will you help us crack the case?

5 FOFs will test it. Click here to find out more about Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer, and then leave a comment below for a chance to win.

I don’t wear foundation but I do use a face primer. At present I use the L’oreal primer and it works pretty well. But I would love to try this one.

I use a primer now, Maybelline’s Instant Age Rewind. I think it goes on smooth & works really well making fine lines and large pores look finer. It would be neat to see if there is a big difference

I think a primer is a great idea. I find that with our over fifty faces, some of my makeup tends to “migrate” to different areas never before thought of. This would keep the beauty of your artistic makeup job last late into the evening.

The primer I use right now is not as moisturizing as I would like. The contents on this one seem like they would be very nice to my skin. As an actress I am always looking for products to extend the life of my makeup applications…I’d love to try this!

I use a primer and have been conducting my own test on several samples of different brands. I’d love to compare this one to the others I’m trying. My goal is to find a smooth glide without that heavy, greasy feeling that some primers leave.

I ALWAYS wanted to be a sleuth! If you saw my skin you’d know I am the “prime” candidate for this mission. I desperately need better coverage for 3 age spots, broken veins, freckles and an interesting “goob” that has appeared since a weekend spent with my YaYas. Should I be chosen I promise to follow all guidelines, and fight for truth & justice for all!!!!

I am so pale that usually I rely on Primers and concealers to help create a flawless face instead of foundation. Primer absolutely helps my concealer go on and blend smoother and by itself smooths out my skin and masks inperfections. Can’t live without it! I would love to try this version!

I don’t have a facial primer, except for the eyes and it is not a good one. I need coverage that will nourish my skin, as I use concealers which tend to be drying. It would be nice to know the foundation will stay put and I won’t be self conscious that my skin is acting up.

I’ve shied away from primers since most of them seem to be made of silicone and harmful chemical ingredients. I’m happy to hear that there’s an alternative with natural, good-for-the-skin ingredients like yarrow, chamomile and vitamin E. Would love to give this a try!

    I am a naked facer. I use a mositerizer and that’s it.
I must admit that I have tried foundations in the past, but they always made my face look artificial, showed the

I have used a couple of primers with so so luck. I would really be interested in testing this product. I have used the Maybelline Instant Rewind and it made my skin smooth, but unfortunately it didn’t make the foundation last longer and that is what I want more than anything. I also have fair sensitive skin so since the Napoleon Perdis product has vitamin E and chamomile I think it would be a fantastic product for me to try. What we all wouldn’t give to have a primer that works in the mid price range! Good luck to all and can I just say ME send it to ME.

I use primer everyday, and so far most of them have let me down. Porefessional and That Gal seem to be the best as of yet but with one your makeup slides off halfway through the day and with the other you have to be careful how you apply it or it pills on you. The search continues! I’ll give it a try with fingers crossed and hopes high.
