Question: Why do you want a Menopause Makeover?
Answer: “I feel stuck. I have been experiencing menopause for the last 7 years – belly weight gain, apathy, hot flashes, sleeplessness, a disconnect. During this time I had a broken engagement, loss of a parent and retirement, to say the least. I just want to move on into the next phase of my life feeling, looking and sharing all the good that is within me.”

Question: What’s the most romantic thing someone has done for you?
Answer: “When my husband and I first met and began dating, whenever we were out and it was raining, or whenever we came across a really badly broken sidewalk, he would scoop me up in his arms and carry me over it so I wouldn’t wet or ruin my shoes. He still does this today and we have been together for 20 years.”
