I’ve lost close to 70 lbs. in the last 3 years after numerous yo-yo diets. I have vowed to to take better care of myself. I WAS a smoking, eat on the go, constantly stressed, don’t do the right things to take care of my body, sun-goddess in my younger years. Boy has that taken a toll on this girl. I decided to start putting myself 1st for a change. I dropped all of the “dieting” and decided to do simple, one step at a time, little changes to make ME better. I now eat fresh! Along with other health issues, I have been sleep deprived for over a year. The glow is gone from my skin and deep wrinkles have appeared where they never were before.
