Over the years, I’ve had several of my patients become pregnant after a tummy tuck. Neither the patients nor their babies had any problems. However, the abdominal skin does, of course, get stretched out again.
It is possible but definitely not recommended. Best to do a tummy-tuck after you have completed your childbearing. A pregnancy after the procedure will “undo” much of the benefits gained by the operation .

Yes, you can have more children but there is no guarantee on what your abdomen will look like after the pregnancy. You may need another tummy tuck.

It is usually recommended to finish your family plans prior having a tummy tuck. This will preserve your long term goals of contouring your abdomen.
