I was born naturally flat chested, a 32A. When I had children & breast-fed, I jumped to an incredible 42DD (with accompanied stretch marks). Since then I’ve gained & lost weight, most recently losing 100 pounds. I’m now 55 years old, weighing 132 lbs. with flat, droopy boobs that look terrible. I’ve always wanted a breast augmentation, but wonder if it’s worth the money at my age. Also, I’ve had severe back issues with 2 operations resulting in permanent disability. What do you think? I don’t want to be huge, just filled out, like a B or C cup. Thanks!

Thank you for your question. Your history of back issues is a concern especially with larger breast implants. I would see your physician who manages your back issues for a letter of medical clearance. If approved I would likely use breast implants 250cc or smaller
