[GIVEAWAY] A Beauty Product With A Critical Ingredient

This post and giveaway are sponsored by Neutrogena.

If you ask any respected dermatologist or plastic surgeon what ingredient should absolutely be included in an anti-aging skin cream, they undoubtedly will answer “retinol.”

That’s why we were excited to learn about Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream ($24.31 for 1.7oz), which provides a generous dose of retinol at an affordable price. We’re also offering one lucky lady the chance to win a jar of this miracle worker!

Retinol is a topical form of Vitamin A, which is naturally found in our skin and promotes cell turnover.  But, as we age, our skin renews itself less frequently, and loses elasticity, texture and moisture. This, in turn, leads to the appearance of fine lines, large pores and uneven skin tones. By enhancing surface skin renewal to complement our skin’s natural processes, retinol clearly improves signs of aging.

While many retinol creams can dry your face, Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream  also contains glucose complex and hyaluronic acid to add line-plumping moisture to help hydrate, replenish and rejuvenate the look of skin, and to speed up the skin’s surface activity for rapid results on the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

“Retinol works,” says Geri Brin, founder of FabOverFifty. “I grew up with Neutrogena, and the brand is as popular as ever because it packs its products with premium ingredients, like retinol, and sells them at reasonable prices. The Regenerating Cream can produce results in as little as a week, and you need only to apply a pearl-sized amount to your face and neck twice a day!”

This powerful formula is suitable for all skin types, even if you’ve never used products with retinol before.

To enter to win a jar of Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream, fill out the form below. After you’ve entered, tell us in the comments section if you’ve ever tried a skin cream with retinol!

I have only used basic moisturizers in the past. Nothing I’ve used has contained Retinol. As I creep ever so closely to the 50 year mark, it’s an ingredient I’d be interested in starting to use in the future.

I did try something with Retinol a long time ago. It disagreed with me, swelled my eyes. Perhaps I used one that was too strong. It has been so long I do not remember what product it was but have avoided it since then. Maybe this one is kinder. Thanks for the info. Diiane Hinkle

I’ve been using a variety of retinol products for a while but have been reading about this new delivery system in a cream! My most recent products are Dermologica overnight retinol repair and Roc deep wrinkle filler with retinol….Exuvience has some nice retinol products as well, but they are all serums or lotions so this would be a more significant absorbtion degree and it would definitely extend more facial area coverage, in my opinion, more balanced! I’ve heard it has a better percentage of retinol probably closer to Retin A but gentler, here’s hoping…….
