I work at a medical office that has a manager that treats all the workers terrible! How can I face work each day with her trating us this way? the owners know she does this, but lets it happen. They have lost many workers due to her. Is there anything we can do except find another job?

Possibly,try going into work with a very postivie attitude and look for something positive that this manager represents.There must be one thing that is good or positive about her. Maybe strike up a conversation about color, and tell her you just read an artcile about color and how it helps people to feel empowered in what they do, and releases stress and anxiety… or make a joke about something and see if she responds with some kind of kindness. If she is still nasty well than I would say stay away from her and her energy as much as possible, and if that doesn’t work try to find another job with someone who you like working for.
