I am 56 and need recommendation about vaginal dryness. I have been using Premarin vaginal cream twice a week but is not working. It helps with hot flashes but when I have sex I am often in pain from the dryness. My sex drive has been badly affected. Any suggestion is deeply appreciated.

There are a couple of things that you can try (1) Vitamin E capsules – prick one of these and use on your vagina for lubricatio. (2) Coconut oil also makes a good lubricant but cant be used with condoms as it will dissolve the latex.
