Hi FOF’s! Has anyone tried Sensa diet?

Has anyone tried the HCG diet? I am working on a health story and would like to interview an FOF about their experiences with this weight loss method.

Has anyone ever had a gall bladder attack (or know someone who has) that would be willing to share their experience for a story I’m working on for FOF?

Is it safe for children to eliminate wheat in their diet? I have three daughters ages 8, 11, &13. One of my daughters suffers from chronic constipation and the other suffers with migraines despite our very “healthy” diet.

I am looking for a great and understanding nutritionist in the Boston area.

What am I lacking that my nail break, split and chip so easily? One doc said calcuim – nothing. Another said zinc – still nothing. The last said iron – don’t want to talk about that except it did not help my nails. Is there an answer?

Where should I go for good coaching in nutrition/

No matter what I do to lose weight, it just stays on. I exercise & try to watch what I eat. Do I need to cut out all carbs & sugars?
