My doctor has prescribed Osphena for my vaginal dryness (I am 62) but it isn’t covered by my insurance and is too expensive. My insurance does cover Vagifem. What’s the opinion on Vagifem vs Osphena?

Hi, I had a hysterectomy, almost 7 years ago and I still have hot flashes. I don’t want to take hormones as my Mom had breast cancer and died from it. I use Estroven now, did use Bio-identical hormones for about 3 years but cannot afford them. Help

Hot Flashes! Has anyone found anything to actually make them stop? I am 58 and I think I have taken almost every form of supplements, etc. to help with these things. I actually feel great except for the hot flashes. Help!

I’m 51 and still getting my period. I know that to “officially” be in menopause my period I have to go a year without having one. My question is could I experience menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, etc) even though I’m still getting my period?

Post menopausal, surgical, no more ovaries…I gained 60 pounds the first year. Have always been very thin. Now, I work out like a crazy person, eat very clean, and cant lose weight. Anyone else? Any ideas?
