I was looking into getting blepharoplasty surgery, but am not sure if it is the right procedure for me after doing some research. I have under eye bags, but they really are only severely noticeable when I smile (as opposed to all the time). I have attached a photo with my eyes “normally” on top and my eyes smiling at the bottom.
