New PS Question on 12/01/2015 from {entry_id}

My wife had a buttock implant surgery 3 years ago. She has had discomfort on the area of the surgery. The original surgeon told her that it should go away after a year, but she is still in pain after 3 years. All the Drs we have called in our area seem to only do fat transfer, but no implants. Is there a way to find a doctor that does buttock implants?

New PS Question on 02/12/2015 from {entry_id}

I have as what people consider a “muffin top and thunder thighs” and I’m 19. I’ve been made fun of all my life for being bigger. I’ve changed my diet, exercised, took several different pills and diet plans. I’m at the point where every morning i wake up I’m disgusted by my body and some days don’t want to get out of bed. Would liposuction be a good idea? I’m considered obese for my height and age.

My service is my blog. Just inching in on 60 years, it occurred to me that a good portion of the media, along with cosmetics companies and clothing companies seem to think we are “out to pasture”. I want to be an ambassador of the greatness of older women. Yes. We wear skinny jeans. We wear stiletto heels and really cool boots. We use cosmetics. We travel. Only we do it better because we’ve been around and we’re wiser. I hope you come along with me and read about the many topics I cover, with a sense of humor, of course! It’ll be fun and I hope I get to know you as you get to know me!

My partner, Lori Blomstrom, and I formed Veneshe Master Venetian Plastering in 2006, inspired by our love of Italy and desire to bring an old world design aesthetic and craftsmanship to others who share our passion for artful surfaces and organic materials. Lori had a painting business, called She Paints Etc., which she transitioned over to veneshe.com after receiving her masters-level plaster training in Italy, and I handle the marketing and promotion. Together we’ve built a successful, female-owned and operated Italian plastering business with a national reputation.

Besides our contracting services, we offer hands-on Venetian plaster training for designers and homeowners in our studio in PA. Our classes range from an intense, one-day introductory workshop, to nationwide training for painting and plastering contractors and crews, to an advanced Venetian plaster training in Italy that combines developing skills with a fully immersive holiday in Tuscany.

New PS Question on 01/15/2015 from {entry_id}

I’m a 21 year old female (so I’m not over fifty, but still interested in an answer). I have asymmetrical breasts. My left breast is smaller than my right and and droops inward. I am interested in having it altered to match my right breast. What kind of procedure would this involve? Approximate cost?

I create decorative art that’s also functional. If it will hold still I paint it, ink it, sew it, or sculpt it. When I first married there were so many unique things available to decorate a home, but I couldn’t  afford to buy them, so I figured out how to make them.

I make reproduction antique dolls and wooden toys.  I sew blankets for children.  I paint with acrylic and alcohol ink.  I do custom work.

I also repurpose old furniture, such as the 60s fiberglass chair (pictured here) that had been put out for trash. I sanded, painted and decorated it with an octopus doodle.

My custom cotton blankets are about $100.00.  My custom art on canvas or yupo starts at $35.
