Your hair looks perfect to wear with a “Fascinator.” I would pin it back on the side where you will wear this fancy piece and flip the hair out or even spike it a bit on the other side. Matching baubles would make the look perfect.

I really think it looks best with a hairstyle that does require longer hair (high or low twist etc). But if you must (a bit “forced” looking)–then sweep some of your hair behind one ear and attach at that side.
