This is a depressing fact, when suffering from hot flashes the first thing many reach for is chocolate, only making the experience worse.
For many women small lifestyle changes and non-hormonal remedies can manage hot flashes, for others who are a good candidate a low dose of HT works.
No woman should have to live without chocolate or with hot flashes 🙂
