I am 57, 118 lbs, good shape but the skin on the inside of my upper arms is sagging like I’m 80 years old. I’ve tried Titan Laser. It did nothing. Any suggestions?

We have had great results with thermage cpt. In fact I did it my self. I was having lunch with some friends the other day and they were commenting on how good my arms looked not knowing I did it!

I’m in the same boat. As I see it, our options: 1. tone the muscles, 2. continue to try skin tightening treatments realizing that the technology yields variable results, 3. Improve skin texture to minimize ‘crinkling’ using professional AHA skin care. That said, I do Tri Yoga, a type of yoga that works my arms and shoulders in a way that is much more effective than triceps curls or traditional push-ups. I also swim a mile once a week. In my office we offer Skin Tyte, which works well in about 1/3 of patients and there’s no way to predict how a person will respond before receiving the treatment series. I also recommend patients use my Anti-aging body skin care kit with strong glycolic acid/AHA skin toning and exfoliation. It’s available on my web site.

I have recently discovered Pilates reformer classes and this has recently toned my arms and legs like nothing else has. It has worked in a very short amount of time! Nothing like a little exercise to do the trick!
