Dress in a style that makes you comfortable but looks neat and presentable. It does increase you chances of getting an upgrade but don’t count on it. Wear shoes that you can run in if you have connecting flights and the plane is behind schedule and bring a sweater or jacket to stay warm as planes usually are very cool.

Always dress for comfort but also dress as if you belong in business class because that will increase your chance of being “upgraded.” 🙂
