    Hi Loraine,
I would stop using the Roc product immediately as it obviously is not agreeing w/ your skin. A night cream is for your skin to replenish when you are sleeping & when you wake up the skin should look healthy & rested. The reaction you are having is letting you know that is NOT the right product for your skin.

I was sent a jar of First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream to review last year, and it had become a staple in my medicine cabinet. It cures a multitude of evils, including flaking, irritated skin. I’m an esthetician and gave myself a deep peel a few weeks ago and I was RED! And I don’t get red. So, I had burned my skin…At any rate, this cream calmed my skin and moisturized it like nobody’s business. I have used it for eczema, razor burn, when i over exfoliated my feet (long story) and more. I highly recommend it.

I have not used that one specifically, but I’m guessing it has Retinol in it to cause the drying out and flaking. When I have “flare up” issues like that, I like Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturizer. It’s so calming and soothing and feels great without any irritations.
