Why do I get so hungary at night? I wake up at midnight or 1 or 2; and have to have something to eat. I do eat a good dinner around 6 pm most evenings.

    First try a big glass of ice water to see if it is really hunger or thirst. Plus have a healthy snack before bed – few nuts (almonds and walnuts) may do the trick.
