You can find exercise info every place on the internet for free. I cannot find anything about actual exercises to do if you have COPD. The only time I have gotten help with this was by joining an exspensive respiratory rehab class. Can’t someone help out those of us with special circumstances?

Some hospitals have COPD programs covering nutrition, medical questions and exercise. Some are even for free!!! Have you checked?
