Someone really needs to analyze your diet like a Registered Dietitian. Write down everything you eat and measure to the last morsel. That may be an eye-opener all by itself!!! I also recommend writing the times you eat PLUS write down any movement or activity you do. This would be called an activity journal. If you sit at a computer 3 hours a day you write that down. If you wash the kitchen floor you write that down. Write how long you sleep. ETC. http://www.thefrugaldietitian.com
