trying to eat healthy alone with the foods i can cheat a little with alone with adding no pounds-help

The reason why all those fad diets don’t work for so many of us is that we are all biochemically unique. What works for you may not work for me. So I need to ask questions. What type foods do you crave? Fat/salt? Sweets? Do you exercise at all? What are your main health concerns? There are a couple of things you can do to help yourself no matter what type you are. 1. Eat nothing white–bread, rice, sugar. These are all simple carbs. 2. Whole grains like brown rice are acceptable. 3. Wheat flour (white or whole) is a problem for many of us so it is wise to eliminate wheat breads and pastas from your diet altogether.. If you will answer my questions above and tell me a little bit more about yourself and your goals I will give you a more complete answer.
