FMS (fibromyalgia syndrome) is a widespread musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder. Fibromyalgia means pain in the muscles, ligaments and tendons–the fibrous tissues in the body. The T-Tapp Workout has been very beneficial to those with Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Most Fibromyalgia T-Tappers have seen a 70% reduction in pain within six weeks.

T-Tapp not only builds a higher metabolic rate, it also establishes better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function and resting glucose utilization rate. It is designed to rebuild primary body functions such as digestion, assimilation and elimination, which are the building blocks to better health. And since T-Tapp is a low impact workout (no running or jumping), you won’t have any problem doing it with asthma, even exercise induced asthma.

I recommend starting with the T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus (https://store.t-tapp.com/products/Basic-Workout-Plus-DVD.html). It is a 15 minute workout that is safe to do every day.

I’m a Pilates instructor and have clients who cope with both your conditions. Is there a Pilates studio in your area? It would be best if you have some private instruction so that your trainer can address your specific needs. You want to find an instructor who has completed a 500 hour certification course with a reputable course provider. Private instruction can be pricey. If it is out of reach find a beginning Pllates mat class, and be sure to tell the instructor about your health concerns so that they offer modifications. I happen to have a Pilates DVD available, and it does offer modifications for beginners. You might want to check it out: WELL worked out with Tannis. BE WELL!
