    According to Men’s Health (a surprisingly well researched site for health information), chocolate milk is a good post-workout “snack.” Bananas are good for helping to replace potassium that has been sweat out. Their fiber can also help you feel satisfied.

      Thanks for the heads up on chocolate. I do try hard to limit the serving to an ounce when I’m good. I forgot about bananas being high in potassium.
