What’s the best way to detox/cleanse the body and how often can or should it be done?

    Detoxing is a myth. Our bodies have built in systems that detox us all the time. We have our digestive system, respiratory system , immune system and skin that do all of that for us. Many detox systems force us to eliminate food before we are able to absorb needed nutrients from what we have eaten. Other detox systems require us to abandon important food sources. If you eat a whole, unprocessed, unrefined diet there is no need for a detox diet.
