You may want to investigate being a virtual assistant. You don’t need capital but you will have to find clients. If you are savvy with medical terminology, you could start with your own physicians or local hospitals and speak with them about your services and ask about leads. Posting flyers in your community, perhaps online in publications like Patch, if you live near a town or city that publishes Patch, is an inexpensive way to let people know you are a virtual assistant that is local.
Seems like you have already figured out that there are lots of scams out there, so my suggestion is to build your own business based upon your skills and your passion.
Good luck!
