I don’t use the Atralin but I do use Tretinoin. I use the cream based Rx and then before bed I sue a few drops of Organic Argon Oil. It does the trick for me.

By the way, according to my skin specialist you are not suppose to use anything under or over the Retina a. It makes it loose it’s potency.

Hi Joannn, please do some reading up on Tretinoin before following your derm’s advice. Some people have experienced significant side effects and it is a toxin:

      Hi,
I love retinolds!! I have used Retin A for over 30 years and I have no wrinkles, now I’m almost 59 and skin looks like in my 40’s…Then I stopped when living in HI, now I’m back in NJ and want to continue with my Trentinoin- Atralin gel.
I am hoping for hear from someone who is using a Trentinoin product and what they use at night over it. Hope to hear from other lovers of tretinoins!

    Hi Joannn,
You might want to try some of the CereVe products … either the regular lotion, or AM and PM lotions. They’re very hydrating but super calming and mild. The big thing about them is that they restore and repair your skin’s barrier function, which can be disrupted by strong topical skin creams, which then causes the irritation. Their moisturizing qualities are also time-released. You can read more and get ingredient listings on their website here: http://cerave.com/

I use a Tretinoin .05% cream and love using Eucerin moisturizer. It has SPF30 in it, this way I don’t have to use a separate sun block.
